The whole room was perfectly clean and perfect and had central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and multi-channel TV. The location was good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Water of Leith Walkway.

Really enjoyed an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set in the room. We had a street view. The location turned out to be marvellous, so close to bus station, south pier and the beach. We had such great time at the hotel and will choose the place for future trips.

I had a really really nice time here and would love to stay here again. It was fairly clean and the staff were very very helpful and amicable, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous, minutes from a tram station. It was good to be 1 km away from Indian Palace, serving short-orders. The service was excellent, nothing to complain about.
